Bio

Rachel Joy Victor is a designer, strategist, and worldbuilder working at the intersection of emerging technology, narrative systems, and computational experience. Her client work operates under Cell, an agency centered supporting corporations with innovation strategy and brand, product, process, and narrative design. Her R&D design studio, Interphase explores the evolution of information.

She holds a B.S. in Computational Neuroscience and an M.S. in Spatial Economics and Data Analysis from USC. She was co-founder and CTO at FBRC.ai, adjunct professor at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, UT Austin 2024–25 Explorer-in-Residence, and serves on the MIT Open Documentary Lab's Independent XR Distribution Coalition Advisory Board.
